Good grief

To be fair... it's nice to see a school hire a coach who wins "the games that matter."

Pelini's team will be playing for a National Championship.

Holy sh!t.......What a finish. Congrats Coach Bo. He got a lot of best wishes from former Huskers now in the NFL on his birthday this week. His players love him, even if arm chair guys and pocket book guys don't.

I don't think Bo should have been kept, but I am happy that YSU has done so well this year. They have had an amazing run in the playoffs.

Cue the Bolievers coming back to insinuate we should have kept Pelini...
To be fair Bo just beat the #2 team on the road to play for the FCS National Title in his 2nd year

Riley hasn't won anything....barely sniffed a division title this year

This is coming from a guy who agreed with the firing of Pelini.....just saying

It's ok to admit that Bo has done a good job at Youngstown State, had a few pretty good years at NU, and think that he wasn't the right guy for the long-term at NU.

Still a better coach than we have now.

Yep. This is exactly where I'm at. Happy for Bo, Joe Ganz & Tim Marlowe. Happy that Bo isn't here anymore. Still not sure about Riley, but that's a different discussion than if Bo should have stayed.
