Just when you think you've heard it all another heinous story surfaces. Most people attribute that type of attitude to New Yorkers or inhabitants of other large metropolitan areas. Making the false assumption that those people would rather stay anonymous. Wichita has no claim to that type of cosmopolitan environment or attitude. My bad. . . they do.
