Its a revolving "young" door.

At some point, you put your foot down.

This door is a pot of spaghetti.

It keeps getting better over time.

How did Nebraska not get Dana Altman?

Because Oregon is a better job?
I don't know why no one on this board can't give a straight up answer on why, when Altman wanted the Neb job they turned him down. Oregon was not a better job at the time he was hired there. Altman made it a better job.

Big mistake by Neb. Great hire for OR.

GBR!!!
Um, no. Oregon was a MUCH better job than Nebraska. They made an Elite 8 in 2007 for example.

Somewhere on one of these threads I had a conversation about average transfer numbers with someone. Might have been on here or on Ed Morrow's. In light of Jacobson's transfer, I feel I need to apologize to who ever I argued with. Definitely an alarming rate of quality players leaving...

No reason for Eichorst to not pull the trigger now.

If we retain Miles this is at best a 5-15 BIG team next year. And then he gets canned after the season.

May as well let the new coach come in, take his lumps, and at least be recruiting to his system/vision.

Keeping him around now just sets back the program another year.

We have 4 open scholarships and we are in on jack squat for recruits. We have Jordy and Copeland for the 5 and 4 and no other post players. We have wings and guards that cant shoot....this could be a 20 loss season very easily. Pull the plug, throw stupid money at someone and see if he can bring some of his class with him
