We're getting a "soft" opening weekend this year too, starting the weekend before Labor Day.

Colorado State asked to have an early game because they are opening up a brand new stadium, which is on campus. Fort Collins is a cool city, and I would definitely like to catch a game in the new stadium, when it doesn't conflict with a Husker game or my kids' activities.
