Fightin' Erstads at the Big Ten Tournament

The strategy of only having 3 reliable starting pitches has proven to be a failure. Need to use the regular season to develop more depth. At least 4 for conference tourney and regionals is needed or else we will continue to see these quick exits.

 
I think the turning point of the day was the 3rd inning against Iowa. We had 1st and 3rd, 0 outs followed by schrieber K, Miller K and Alvarado fly out. Iowa turns around and gets a lead off home run in the bottom of the inning.

If we could've just gotten 1 run on the board and taken the lead early I think that game plays out much differently.

Yeah...but were Schrieber and Miller intense when they whiffed? That is the important part.
