I would assume they are trying to use it as a recruiting tool to bring in multiple recruits. If this is the case noon would seem like a logical time to have it so families can return home at a decent hour.

Hopefully it is a noon event. If it runs into the afternoon (3:00pm) I don't like our chances for him to be at the event and committing to DONU for obvious reasons.
