***Official Arkansas State Game Discussion Thread***

If Diaco's goal was to not show our opponents anything, mission accomplished.  We just played nearly 60 minutes of prevent d.  We finally rushed 5 on the last play of the game.  I'm glad I have to drive my dad to Portland next Saturday.  I had plans on going to the game, but I'm glad that fell through.  

 
Arkansas State is a very poor mans Oregon. Might hang 70 on us if we don't shore things up for next weekend

Too true. Bryant reminded me of some of the Abdullah years. Not in style or anything like that, but in how bad the blocking was and how much he had to do to generate production.

I like Bryant. Dont see an elite type back. Hard worker though. He'll need to be.

 
Also I didn't expect Diaco to come out and turn the defense around in one game but I sure as hell didn't expect a big step back like happened tonight.  He has a long way to go if he wants to earn his paycheck.

Really worried about either of those based on the fronts used today. Arkansas St never really figured that out. They didnt really try.

Frankly, I was not impressed with their offense.
