Let's just say there's more to Les Miles being in town than just announcing.
As long as he brings a competent OC with him and keeps Diaco...
Shouldn't we let Diaco get throttled by the rest of our schedule before extending him?
Shouldn't we recognize that the defense is the only unit that has made progress and worked on/fixed mistakes this season?
Not unless you're looking at a different game tape than I am.
Then you're probably not watching the right team. If you can't recognize that there's been improvement on the defense, you're just being willfully myopic.
That's probably it.
I'm not sure I can agree with you. They've looked good (mostly) for the last 1.5 games, sure. But that consisted on a half where Oregon tried to burn a whole half by playing terribly conservative, and an woeful NIU offense that had a backup QB that missed countless throws (and not hard ones at that). Then you're probably not watching the right team. s#!t, school? Who needs it? Oh wait, most of them b/c almost none of them will be playing pro football of any kind. The Source sayin' that the inmates done runnin' the asylum when it comes to Husker football. They be doin' what they want and Coach Riley too much a softy on em'. Things like not doin' schoolin' was left alone instead of bein' held to Husker standards. That what makin' all these problems for the program. The Sock done heard these things all round' here but sounds like they true according to The Source.
Just passin' long what The Sock is told.
