Not in my mind, didn't he get canned for his Bo like press conferences and players not being saints?  I recall something bad happened with him.

Also, Schiano was a finalist for the Penn State gig. But his former players talked about Schiano being on their a$$ constantly and not being pleasant to be in the proverbial doghouse with.

There are only two reasons Lee is still in. Both are rideable offenses.

1. You haven't developed a capable backup.

2. You are incompetent and don't understand a QB who spots 21 points in 6 quarters of play is detrimental to your success.

Reason number 3. MR wants to lose this game so he can be fired, go back to Oregon, and continue to get paid.
