Yep, and one of the main reasons you see people wanting to keep him is because of the potential of this class. A lot hinges on Saturday night for Mike. He could go a long way towards saving his job tomorrow night.
Yea, but then again we heard the same thing about last week.  Do you think if we lose to Ohio State, Penn State, and Iowa that we keep Mike?

6 loses and  6 wins?

Please use one of the other threads to discuss Riley's future.  There is an existing thread that is already dedicated to Riley's future and how it might affect recruiting.

 Relax. Conversations evolve. The topic will find its way back to Radley-Hiles, and until then......

No, @timmytbro I don't think he keeps his job at 6-6.

Wiltfong with a CB to Clemson. Good luck to the kid. Nebraska has more important issues to deal with at the moment than worry about where this stud is going to go to college. We need to do what Michigan did and focus on getting a competent head coach first and then focus on recruiting.

Unofficially visited Clemson in September and will OV there November 18 with his mom.

I think he cooled on us some time ago so I'll ride Wiltfong's coattails and go with Clemson as well.

Anyone know what's going on?
Well... it appears Wiltfong knows what's going on.. Maybe Brian Hightower's dad is right, Bookie has already made his mind up about not going to Nebraska but he just doesn't know how to tell us he's decommitting.

To think, it was just a few months ago that the class of 2018 had all this promise and our football season had hope to be a legit West contender...

Just a random thought... what happens to our class ranking if/ when bookie and moore decide to go elsewhere?

Doesn't matter what the ranking will be. Getting the right head coach is more important right now.

Bookie "checked out" before the football season even started when he went all Florida crazy on Twitter. It was around the same time that the staff passed on having that QB out of California visit.

Yeah, the class is probably about to implode, one more loss should do it. Then it will be all but certain Riley is gone, and his recruits will scatter. If we get a new coach soon enough we may salvage a few, but this will prob be a class where the new coach is bringing some recruits from his last job, and scrambling for some others from smaller schools. Right now the long-tennis the most important thing, as much as it sucks to lose some of these recruits....
