Northwestern Week Pressers

To paraphrase, the  OC Riley brought  from OSU (NYG), that he took play calling away from needs to have Riley tell him how to run the ball against NW.  A team we've played twice before.........

Cav still can't have his guys win 1 on 1 battles....Another guy he brought from OSU....Oh, and still struggles to find where the hell guys should play.

Diaco is insane thinking our D will ever be in the upper echelon

This staff has no friggin clue.  None.

Yep.  Just one clarification though.  Diaco only sees 2 equally sized echelons in CFB, lower and top, so it's possible to be top... some day.

 
AWilliams, Bradley, Snyder and Darlington did not practice today.

Reed and Knevel practiced.

Gifford suited up but was limited.

Take it fwiw but had a friend whose dad knows a lot of boosters tell him Riley and Langs hate each other and never talk. He also said someone asked the coaches about Bradley and why he wasn’t playing and got like four different answers.  Normally I’d take something like this with a heavy grain of salt but wouldn’t really surprise me with this staff.  This was supposedly during the week before Purdue

Wow.  Just wow.   

 
Langs really likes to run the ball down people's throats.  

Unfortunately that often leads to 1 or 2 yard gains.
