He was sending a clear message to Penn State, "We play a full 4 quarters by golly, and we never quit playing uninspired football!"

I thought he did it to let POB try to score since we were right down there and that was POB's first major game action.  I didn't think anything of it at the time.  Surprised some people are trying to make a big deal out of it, I mean: who cares?

How do you top-off freaking Minnie stomping a mudhole in you? You get your young qb killed trying for a garbage-time td.  Riley's game-management hit a new low. 

 
Next weekend is going to be Ohio State 2016 with the exception of Saquon Barkley putting a 500 yard career day in 2 quarters.

Can hear it now, Penn State just scored again.
