I was just wondering since the new rivals 250 came out, when are the other players re-evaluated? I noticed that Lynn the safety from texas is still a three star and there is no way he doesnt get bumped up, so they couldnt have already happened, so when do they come out?

I don't think that was the guy's question. I think he was wondering when everyone else gets re-evaluated. Guys that fall outside that top 250.

If I remember correctly they rate em twice. Once midseason and once at the end of the season. I could be wrong but I am almost certain that is how they have been doing it.

So guys like Woods, and Fisher and Williams, and Rippy wont get evaluated again till mid-season?

:dunno I don't know how the evaluate but I believe they have 5 top100, it is on the third now including, pre-evals, but I saw Rivals gave Harper a Two star rating just recently, but it might have just been him since he was a special case
