Spielman Re-Writing Record Books

125: The combined number of catches by Nate Swift (63) and Todd Peterson (62) in 2008. Right now, Spielman (55) and Morgan (54) stand at 109. It’s going to be tough for them to match what Swift and Peterson did in 2008 — that duo had a bowl game, remember — but Spielman and Morgan have had strong years. Morgan played his best game at Penn State, winning three 50-50 balls. As a note: In 2007, Marlon Lucky (75) and Maurice Purify (57) combined for 132 catches, but many of Lucky’s catches were check downs.

You should what what he's currently doing with Killins and then think what Spielman could do in that same role.

I've watched a couple of their games. I can see why that move would be intriguing, although I'd hesitate to move a kid from a position where he'll likely be a Freshman All-American

.... to a position where he could be an All-American.   :koolaid2:

But seriously, I see your point.  I just think - especially given he played RB in high school - he might get a look there should Frost be hired.

It's definitely intriguing. If Frost (hopefully it's him) thinks it's a good idea I'll be on board! Though, do we have the bodies at WR to move him?
