Changes to Spring Practice and the Spring Game

Greg Sharpe talked at an event last week, and Coach Frost wants to make some changes to our Spring Practice format. He doesn't want the break in the middle that we've had in recent years, so they're starting after spring break, and running all the way to the end of April. The Spring Game will be April 28th and we should get some news on this soon. I would expect that we'll be the only B1G school playing that day (or at least the biggest), so we should get a ton of attention and the whole game on BTN.

I like this, too. It means waiting a bit longer to start spring practice and get updates (which sucks) but it'll already be May by the time spring practice ends (which is awesome.)

I'm glad it's nowhere near Easter. That's a pretty major family holiday, and it threw a huge wrench into our plans last year when the Spring Game was the same weekend as Easter.

Just speculating, but knowing Coach Frost's strong faith I am not surprised that Easter will not be impacted by Nebraska Football.

Spring game was originally scheduled on April 14th which is an ACT day so that was a poor choice to start with.

Sounds like it may be the 21st as well but the 28th makes more sense if they're doing everything after spring break.

That was my first thought as well.  I like that aspect, especially if Duval has body transformations to undertake.

Exactly what I was thinking.

I'm guessing they will play a little later in the day as well. Baseball team plays at 1:00 that day if i'm not mistaken. I think I'd probably like to come down for my first Spring Game.

Does anyone know what it costs or how you can get your seats that you are a STH of?
