The real reason those schools sign large classes isn't because they break the rules. 

They're busy sending large numbers of Juniors to the NFL, a problem that Nebraska doesn't really have to deal with most years.

There is last I knew still a 25 player limit per class. Might have changed tho.

No idea. Judging by how the SEC is always violating it tho I'm guessing it's of the cash variety of fine.

 
I hope Cam commits. I really like what he brings to the table skill wise. He reminds me in certain regards, to Wayne Gallman of Clemson. Tremendous versatility and hard to bring down. If he plays DB, he has the tools to excel also. I am surprised he isn't ranked higher.
