Sorry, I wasn't trying to argue with you.  Just saying I've seen it do some odd things.  But I've never had it totally not load.

What device/OS/browser?  Have you tried another browser?

I've had the same problem @GSG is talking about with the Status.  But like @Mavric said, eventually it worked.

I noticed after the most recent board upgrade that the +1 works different on mobile.  I used to have to tap once to select it and a second time to actually apply it.  Now I only have to click once.

Not sure if that's related but it definitely changed.

OK.  I see what you're talking about now.  It worked for me yesterday morning but doesn't work now.   :dunno

Is it browser based?  Is it add-ons? Or is it something from the server? 

I wish I knew more about this stuff to help out.  All I can tell you is what's happening here. When they first posted about tweets not embedding it wasn't happening for me. Now it is.

It's pretty much all javascript. No addons or anything like that.

Can you bring up the developer console in your browser and see if there are any related errors logged?

I can open the console. I'm not sure how to find errors on it.

I think I found it. I'm getting errors loading the twitter embeds.

That would definitely do it. I'm not sure where your issue might lie, then. Something is stopping you from reaching that URL. :(

It has to do with tracking protection. I've got it turned on, and that blocks the tweets from embedding.  I turned it off and poof! there are the tweets. 

 
This is a minor issue.  But, when you click on the +1 button, it appears that your +1 never is added.  If you refresh the page, it will show that it is there.  Just a strange glitch with that button.

No. Nothing has changed with regard to the twitter media tag. If you find that it's happening again, open your developer tools in your browser (usually F12 key on a PC) and go to the console to look for errors.

If your browser failed to load the required javascript from twitter.com, that would cause this to happen. In that case, there is nothing the board can do to help. In knaps case, a anti-tracking option in the browser or add-on was causing this. If it's transient, who knows..

 I can't seem to reproduce this. What browser are you using?

For instance, when I clicked on the +1 for your post here, it popped up with a green box with a "0" instead of a "1" like it's supposed to.

Now, when I refreshed the page, the "1" showed up.  Again, it's little and it's really no big deal.  It's just odd.

Cool. I might open a ticket with the board software company to see if it's a known issue.
