Thought it might be interesting to start a thread about 2019 recruits who might have a close buddy or former teammate or relative on the team who we will likely have a shot at landing.
LB Owen Pappoe - 5 Star - Grayson, GA
- Close friends with Mohammed Barry. This has been on going for a couple years now, Pappoe has had Nebraska in his final 3, but it’s going to be tough to beat Georgia. I can’t recall if he has visited, maybe for a Spring game. I believe he also has a relationship with Breon Dixon and perhaps some other GA guys on our roster now.
WR Garrett Wilson - 4 Star - Austin, TX
-Friendship with Brendan Jaimes, as of now not a lot of information on if they were teammates or not. Not sure on any favorites at this time.
