Epley's comments on Talent

I cant link via mobile. I read the Journal Star article, OWH has one too.

Epley says Phillips is doing best he can but we need 1.5 years to get the talent we need.

In the end it turned out Frost was just an extremely neglectful football coach, and it wasn't anybody fault but his own.

 
Everyone blames Riley for the S&C program issues but it was Epley that caused the problems.  He made life very difficult for Philipp and Riley when it came to the S&C program.
