On Wash/Washington, we helped my mom unlearn that about 20 years ago, and now she has ZERO recollection of ever having said "Warshington." She flat out denies that she ever did it. Alzheimers does run in the females in her family but she should be about 15 years away from that...

Groshery is pretty common around here. 

I know a lot of people I was around used to say Warsh/Warshington but I don't notice it as much anymore.  Maybe I'm just used to it.

My wife's family calls them Democrats.  Or at least her dad does.

Snooty way (in the commercials): Grossery, Grosseries

If my way is the Nebraska way I think these grocery stores need to make different commercials for our area.

I say pop, not soda (okay, that's the only one I could think of off the top of my head)

High school girlfriends mom is the only person I’ve heard say warsh. Crazy b!^@h I tell ya!!

 
Hebron = Hee-bruhn (instead of Heh-bruhn)

Pretty neer = pertineer.  (You might not hear this back in Lincoln and Omaha.  I think it's a rural central and western Nebraska thing. lol) 

Kearney = Car-knee (Non-Nebraskans often say Keeer-knee.)

I live in Lincoln, and I hear/say "pertneer" pretty frequently.

Anyone ever heard the word "spinort" to describe someone who's well-dressed?

Yep i've heard that too,  but that may be the only place that word is pronounced that way.

The food company that was founded there pronounces it Beeuhtriss foods in their commercials.

When its used as a female name its Beeuhtriss

I knew someone who lived around Beatrice California and that how they pronounced it too
