Guessing since its not 100% that he will commit to Ohio State they had to drop his rating on the chance he will commit somewhere else. Specifically Nebraska.

I want to get this guy just because I’m intrigued what they would do with the Maurice/Marcus Washington jersey situation.

He was trending heavily to mizzou and I believe he had a commitment date set, but around the time he was set to commit he completely reopened his recruiting process. After that all went down Nebraska has re entered the pic.
