The guy’s a mid-level staffer who Mueller went after for....no one really knows....and all he could nail him with was mildly inconsistent statements because the guy got confused. 

That seems like an AWESOME use of taxpayer dollars and law enforcement resources. Interesting that many of the same people who want to catch and release illegals so they can go forth and commit more crimes also want Papadopoulos persecuted simply for being connected with Trump.

I think you misinterpret the situation. Papadopoulos is a stepping stone. As someone else has said, this investigation is important no matter where you stand on Trump. Russians messing with our elections is as about important as it gets.

That's not how our criminal justice system is supposed to work. That it seems to be exactly how the Mueller investigation is operating is precisely my point.

Authorities were alerted after Papadopoulos told an Australian diplomat during a drinking session in a London pub about his meetings with Mifsud.

Mifsud was lauded by the University of Stirling as part of its "diplomacy A-team", a globetrotting ambassador "flying the flag" for the Scottish institution. You are supposed to have solid evidence a crime was committed to justify starting the investigation.

This is not even remotely true. Investigations can be justified by suspicion and good faith. "Solid evidence" is not a standard of proof, this is something you simply made up. A search warrant can be issued based on reasonable suspicion. An arrest can be made based on probable cause. Thorough investigations can certainly be conducted before either of these standards are reached. 

If he does, then let's see it.

It is simply fantasy to ask someone to release the evidence collected during an investigation before the evidence is completed. Mueller owes the American people a thorough investigation which will ultimately bear out the facts. He does not owe you or anybody else a sneak peak into his bag of tricks before he is done.

No, just no.  The investigation was conducted to see the involvement of Russian interference.  Investigating possible campaign involvement was a "subpoint".

The fact that Trump has made this investigation about him, is more of a reason common people should want to investigate him, in my opinion.
