Nebraska Will Play On October 27 Against Bethune-Cookman

If you have seen the movie "drum line", alot of the band members in the movie are from Bethune-Cookman.

Texas A&M brought their band up one year - must have been 99 - and they performed at halftime.  They were pretty impressive to watch but their style was definitely different than what B-C would be.

Greatest halftime performance in the history of Memorial Stadium.  Light years better than a "Salute to Annie" or the normal stuff our band plays.

In scheduling a regular season, I would agree. The erstwhile cancelation made for some pretty extenuating circumstances.

Apparently we may only cover their travel expenses. Per the OWH:

The Huskers would've owed Akron $1.17 million had that game been played Sept. 1, but that deal may be void after the cancellation. Moos said previously that Nebraska would likely at least cover Akron's travel expenses.
