how much does being at home help

i am wondering what you all think about the USC game being at home helping the huskers out. i think it will be very helpful if all the people, including the blue hairs on the east side, keep the noise up and let them feel husker power. i am wondering if BC will be more willing to go for it this time beings it is at home in front of the fans. What do you all think..

Anytime Nebraska plays at home it's a huge advantage. Memorial is one of the toughest places to play in college football. Even those who hate Nebraska will admit to that.

What I think will affect BC's game plan for USC more than anything is how the team performs against Wake.

That is correct, especially against USC, it's going to be effing crazy Sept. 15th.

I watched the USC game on replay this morning and............

oh wait a minute WE PLAY WAKE THIS WEEK!!!!!! don't overlook them

I think it will be a huge factor. Everyone who is going needs to be loud and show the USC people what it means to love football!!!!

I think BC will be pretty generic with his play calling against WF, unless he needs to show a lot in order to get a W...I don't see that happening. The USC and NU game will be very interesting b/c neither team has shown too much.

I think it's pretty obvious that it will be to our advantage playing at home, that's why they call it home field advantage

If we can get a confident road win at WF, it would do wonders for our confidence with USC.

Home field is ALWAYS a huge factor for us.

Wake F, first........................................................................................Then USC

GBR!!!

I have never been to Memorial Stadium but the fact that we (USC) is breaking in a new freshman at center, could affect us big time if it is as loud as I think it will be.

It will be every bit as loud as you think it will be...the freaks spending $500-plus on their ticket will easily trade their vocal cords in for Nebraska.

Night game vs. the #1 team in the nation?

:)
