AM with a rookie mistake on that 3rd down, he got frazzled and let it go too early or that's a 1st down if not more.

Disagree.  They blitzed and he led JD with a seem route pass.  If JD runs through the route it's a great pass and catch.  JD stopped instead.  Miscommunication there
