I didnt say he was great already but what I am saying is he has potential to be. And you gotta start somewhere so why not try and back him and get the spirit goin'?Check it here http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2007/writ...an.watch/1.html hopefully he can keep it up and we can get another Heisman to Lincoln along with another crystal football!
He's good but not great yet. Lets not go overboard I wouldn't even rate him in the top ten RB of Nebraska history.
Guy's got a point. I guess will see against WF.This could very well be a breakout season for Lucky, but he still must show he can run against the very best. His two other 100-yard rushing games? Nicholls State and Troy.
Remember this isn't a life time achievement award, it has to be determined on what happens this year. McFadden could totally bomb yet. But then agian so could Lucky. It's all moot anyway JDB wins because Mark May and ESPN have a love affair with USC and their players.Lucky's a great player with gaudy stats, but honestly, is there a guy who deserves it more than Darren McFadden?
Not if they lose in Lincoln.......I would love to see Lucky in the mix for the Heisman. Unfortunately, the media hates NU and even if Lucky was to put up Playstation Stats all year it has already been decided that dousche bag John David Booty from USC is going to win it.
It might as well be a lifetime achievement award. You need two years of hype to even be considered for the Heisman. If lucky does well this year and stays with us, he's got a shot at going to New York next year.Remember this isn't a life time achievement award, it has to be determined on what happens this year.
