For what it's worth, we appear to have guys on these lists every week.....Not bad at all. I give props to the coaches for these developments.

We have not have very many guys on the national team-of-the-week. We've had a decent amount of offensive players on the conference team-of-the-week but we haven't had too many defensive players even make the conference team-of-the-week. Although the defensive ratings have picked up recently.

The coaches seem to be changing the culture and attitude of these players. We should see more of these recognition-types in years to come as we have more success, more buy-in, and more talent injection
