Holloween Husker Style

Speaking of Halloween, how do you guys pronounce Halloween?  Do you pronounce is "Holl-o-ween" like Hall & Oates, or "Hal-o-ween" like Shallow Hal.

Personally, I say "Hal-o-ween" while my kids say "Holl-o-ween".

 
I get a kick out of some of the kids in costume.  The 3 or 4 y.o. girl as a bumblebee was the best.  I learned that you can’t hold out a candy bowl to the little buggers since they’ll grab as much as they can. I think between that and the older annoying kids I’ve become the “get off my lawn” guy.

Yes: Spelled it both ways, to cover our young-ins, who like to say Hollow vs. Halloween.

Yikes, for the record, I never heard of candy shaped like whaaaaaaaat?  :blink:
