agreed. When your D coordinator cant put a plan together to stop 4 plays is problematic. BRUTAL
End arounds were not a problem in the second half. We eventually figured that out. The problem was with offensive execution in the second half. We had several chances to put that game away in the late 3rd and 4th quarters. Are you referring to the end-arounds? Because those were not Cos's fault. There were guys in the backfield who could have busted up every single one of those plays had Wake Forest's blocking not been spectacular.

You'll pardon me for thinking he was referring to the DEFENSE. <_<When your D coordinator cant put a plan together to stop 4 plays is problematic. BRUTAL

How long has he been the 'star' QB? Just wonderingThe secondary, if you will, saved our asses when our star QB nearly handed the game away.
Now, what's terrible is our third down percentage versus theirs. That kills.
I know which play you are complaining about and you obviously have no clue what you are talking about. If the saftey would have continued pursuit in the same direction, he would have been out of position to make the tackle and the RB would have SCORED. Instead, he made an adjustment, which SLOWED THE RUNNER so that the Lineman could make the tackle. If the lineman isnt there, at least after the adjustment, the safety is in position to tackle the runned farther down the field.A defensive lineman had to catch the rb on one play while the safteies and corners were right next to him.\
