I have no idea on him specifically.  The only thing I've seen in previous years that makes any sense is that their school does a big signing day event for everyone so they all wait and sign in February.  But I doubt that's the case here so I don't know  why he would wait.

Just seems interesting to me as the one liner talks about him assuring them he is going to come to Nebraska etc then he says he will be signing in Feb...just odd
