Brohm staying put...

Brohm staying put and I changed the thread title. Mods...feel free to move to a different forum if need be.  I enjoyed all the food talk though

Wow. I clicked on a thread about Brohm possibly leaving, read a few posts and realized it was hijacked by Hedley's stomach, backed out, saw Brohm was staying, clicked, ended up here. Been that kind of day...

Noodles, no. Sauce and meatballs, yes.
This is correct. Homemade noodles while delicious are far to onerous to be a reasonable requirement for homemade. Sauce however must be IMO. Even if you somehow were deranged enough to make your own noodles and meatballs only to douse them in Ragu I wouldn’t consider it homemade.

I had a steak, egg, & cheese flatbread from Subway. Pepperjack cheese.  Green peppers, banana peppers, jalapenos, onions, black olives, chipotle southwest sauce.

It was pretty good.  It was alright.  It wasn't great, but it was fine.

I hate when they don't heat up the little egg flap in the microwave beforehand.  It's never hot enough when it comes out of the toaster.  Plus the girl behind the counter was really stingy with the veggies.  When it comes to sandwiches, I wouldn't call her an artist exactly.  I'm beginning to suspect she's only in it for the money.

6/10

I've been trying out the Instant Pot.   Sorry no sandwiches but some good roast - Taco Meat - etc.   I bet Purdue get Brohm an Instant Pot to stay.

so like Philly or what? I can hook ya up with some food ideas if you live in that area haha I go there every year

In terms of major cities, closer to Allentown.  We avoid philly like the plague.  As the old expression goes, "First prize, a week trip to Philadelphia.  Second prize, two weeks".
