Not very often I don't think, although the Poly Bowl might be a slightly different story.

I believe he was committed to play in the Poly Bowl before getting the AA Bowl invite so he decided to play in both, probably because he didn't want to back out on the Poly Bowl.

It would be pretty difficult to back out of hanging out in Hawaii for a week.

The USC guy's reasoning was basically the family/poly connection. Haven't seen any reasoning from the Texas or South Car guys. Probably just getting a pick in. 

Another reason I think Neb's 247 guys are a cut above most.... they only focus on predicting Neb targets, they don't usually go throw random CB's around just to have a pick in.

.... I honestly can think of 100 ways we could lose him.... I get most of that happened with past staffs but we have had nothing but bad luck on guys we thought were N.

I wouldn't read anything into the recent USC CB's. The two Texas guys who put in USC CB's have put in 112 and 236 CB's respectively for 2019 recruits. Kevin Ryan, the national guy who put in a crystal ball on 1/1/19 for Nebraska, has made 39 CB's and is 37/39 this year. I'll stick with Kevin's prediction.
