I agree, he's a bridge to the west coast and knows the Big 10 footprint with his time at Michigan.Checks every box in my opinion including recruiting ties to our conference.
The kind of staff poaching that the elites do.

sounds like Cal got him on the cheap and didn't pay him his worth?.......he will be valued at NU.I agree, he's a bridge to the west coast and knows the Big 10 footprint with his time at Michigan.
This tweet sums up my feels.
Good value. I thought it would be $400,000. Gives us some room for extensions and bonuses in the future.Contract details are being reported:
Haha. That's funny, because with the recent history of Nebraska football hires, I find myself skeptical at first. Again, nothing against him. He seems more than qualified.

Huge increase for Tuioti as well - especially considering the cost of living and housing market in the Bay area to Lincoln.
I wouldn’t say I’m skeptical, but I am reserved. The big question mark is how much he’s moved around. Not the biggest problem on the surface, but makes it even harder than it already is to assess his impact at those places.
He'll finally be able to afford that 12 bedroom house his family desperately needs!
As opposed to most people in the Bay area who have 12 people living in a 2 bedroom house.![]()
