Sounds like a rotation plan for the top 2 guys at each line position with another 2 guys being able to provide depth, in case of injury. If one or two guys are injured for a game and Tuiotu still wants a rotation, that would mean that guys 7-8 would need to be ready.

If I heard him right, he was looking at 5 to 6 plays and switch.
