It's always a good day in recruiting when a state's top two prospects watch your practice.

Such was the case for Nebraska on Wednesday, as four-star outside linebacker Kaden Johnson and four-star quarterback Jalen Suggs - both from Minnehaha Academy in Minneapolis -were on hand for NU's workout along with several other 2020 and 2021 Minnesota prospects.

Suggs, a 6-foot-5, 185-pounder, is a two-sport star who's a five-star point guard and the No. 12 basketball recruit in the nation, according to ESPN. In football, Suggs is a low four-star with offers from mostly Big Ten schools.

Nebraska basketball is in the process of hiring a new basketball coach, with Fred Hoiberg considered the major frontrunner.

Technically hasn’t been offered yet so no profile but this is..... big
Recruiting Minnesota might be a losing battle but if you could get success it also could be MAJOR. Seems like the studs pick Duke( Tyus Jones, Tre Jones, Matthew Hurt) but other guys like Brad Davison could be ripe if the Gophers strike out.
