SSO is Short Side Option, he is a guy that I believe was probably a walk on player in the 90's that knows a lot about what is going on with the FB program and Baseball program. He is usually right.

HM is HuskerMax and yes, SSO is short for Short Side Option. If there's anyone on that board that would know the info and what they're talking about, it would be him.

Sounds like he's had a few bone breaks since his senior year in HS. He needs some time to get healthy as we are really thin at center right now.

I"m actually heading to the bar in Pickrell (a small town north of Beatrice that Jurgens is actually from) tomorrow after work. I will ask my sources there what's going on. Best I do it right away because the bar there is cheap and the drinks are strong.

Did he have pins or screws put in after his last break? Maybe he had those removed and the boot is for recovery?
