When Iowa is supposed to be 7-5 they play lights out. When people are talking winning the West and having the best D-Lineman in the country......they fall flat. 

Typically, the “rebound” season always seems to occur after the Ferentz’ hot seat chatter starts up.

Is the first link the composite rating or a computer rating? It seems like a ranking based on returning production vs lost production. I don't think most experts or rational fans would see a 5-7 season barring major injuries.

By some statistical accounts last year was not rational. So hopefully we don't have two of those years in a row.
