That's the answer.  Speed to the outside, but the entire half (until that play) Frost wanted to keep Martinez in the pocket.....Kills me.  

I'd blame play calling.  If they are pinning back their ears and blitzing, play call to make them pay.  Jet sweep (our speed), two back sets for the extra blocker, roll the pocket, trap, draw, delayed QB keeper etc....
