Maurice Washington Faces Charges

If every 15 year old was in prison for sending a picture of their funbags or dong...I would have some pretty empty classes.

Nebraska has 15 year olds on their team now?  Cool!  I thought we were talking about a legal adult who sent child porn, not someone who is still underage sending child porn.  I completely agree with everyone who says that high school kids sending pictures to other high school kids should not be dealt with in the same way as a legal adult sending them.  I guess I just didn't realize that Nebraska had an underage player on their team.

When do you think this episode happened?

Maurice wasn't on the team at the time of the incident if you want to play it like that. If you 'completely agree' with that other thing then you should see the nuance in an 18 year old sending a video to an ex girlfriend less than a year younger of that same person from a few years prior. It is technically a felony, it is a terrible thing to do, but honestly how much different is it than if he had done the exact same thing a few months earlier when he was 17 years old?

Capo, HuskerPowerVA,

Have any of your friends ever shown you candid family photos such as their toddler in the bathtub?

If so, then you are guilty of viewing "child pornography" and Jesse Helms instructs you to turn yourselves in to the nearest precinct so that you can be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. It's that black and white, folks. Context and circumstances don't matter.

Are you looking at this picture below? An underaged, naked child?

You are technically viewing "child pornography".

TURN YOURSELF IN NOW!!!!!!
Outside of currently replying to a one on a message board, no I’ve never done anything with a child.

Oh s#!t, I forgot about that, some college coach got in trouble and lost his job because he had videos of his kids in the bathtub or like dancing around?  Unreal.

Todd Hoffner!  That is who it was...look it up!
