The only thing I see in that clip is the officials missing #71 blocking Berry behind the back 10 yards down field

If you watch the Nebraska Football Show with Scott Frost you can see the play where the incident took place in the first play they showed. It happens at the end of the play, Mo Barry gets hit by the OSU lineman and falls down.  Davis seeing this jumps onto the OSU lineman and then throws a huge right hand when the OSU player is down on his stomach. It’s hard to see ,but it was a big punch and honestly he’s lucky to get just a one game suspension. If they had seen it happen live then he would’ve been kicked out of the game and suspended this week too.

Must be from a different angle because in the clip  here it looks like he's pursuing the play and falls on top of the OSU guy. He could have clubbed him after off-camera though, I concede.

I'd say 2-4 times depending on the definition of "blown out", in 1.5 seasons is a lot.  But it was more about the losing thing than it was the blowouts.
