2019-20 Season Notes

I agree with Heady that they didn't fill the lanes properly but I think it is Cheatham that should veer off to the wing.

Although Cheatham is inside of Burke,  Burke is a step ahead of everyone and should make a direct path for the basket.  Burke also has better spacing with Mack.   Cheatham being closer to the ball handler and a step behind should veer off to the wing or perhaps pull up a little to be a trailer.     It's all hindsight of course.   Appreciate the reporting by Heady.

The women are putting together a very nice season so far. 11-1.

She took a team that had a lot of change in her first year and has built it to be a good team.

Gotta keep the faith that Fred can do the same thing. Get through this year and build a good team from there.

OWH has a nice article about the three sit out transfers. Not sure if it's behind the pay wall or not - probably is since it's interesting.

Have heard a bit of chatter how about the three sit outs and others competing and occasionally beating our current roster....

If so, with what we'd have returning and adding those three becoming eligible ....portends good things for next year.
