I don’t think there’s too many kids in this class I would call underrated. Most of them the film matches to the ranking. I think this is truly one of them.

I am on the prep school bandwagon for recruits we have gotten.  Casey Rogers, Alante brown, and now Buford.  Good place to find some underrated prospects.

I don't know the level of competition in the clips I've seen of Buford, but he mirrors WR's.   An ability I haven't seen from a NU recruit in a long time & I saw it out of man off & press coverage.   He buzzes his feet and flips his hips effortlessly.  If Buford has raw speed, I don't see how the kid is a 3*.

There will always always be hits and misses and near misses when it comes to 'stars' or 'rankings' that can go either way.  Not an exact science.
