the whole bracket is ranked by record sales. The Foos have about 30 million sold, same as Jimi, the Cure, and Huey Lewis, so those spots could have been interchangable, but I plugged them into the list without f#&%ing with it too much. There are going to be a lot of tough matchups! Rock and roll, baby.
