I don’t think that’s the issue. I think running him off guard near the goalie every play might not be the best idea. For us or Wandale 

Some teams have a big fullback type runner who comes in for short yardage situations and just smashes through for a couple yards.

I don't have FS1 so listening to the game on Husker radio. The announcers are biased of course, but they do seem quite observant and are fair if things don't go our way.
