NU continues to be dreadful from 3. Offense looks a LOT better when you make shots. Trail 27-24 at the U4 timeout.
But we keep chucking it up but I guess that’s the offense we runNU continues to be dreadful from 3. Offense looks a LOT better when you make shots. Trail 27-24 at the U4 timeout.
worst game I've seen him play heres so far and he still has 7 points 5 boards and 3 assists at halfBlanton having a rough might...
I've gotta be honest, I know Doc is supposed to be a defensive mastermind but quite frankly I don't see anything we do that's overly special. We don't pressure ball handlers, we don't shut off passing lanes, we don't block out particularly well, we do block shots well from help side defender but idk I just don't see anything that great. Even hate the way we defend screens lol
update: still a sniperHuskers lead 18-15 after a Kobe Webster 3. He has really been incredible to me this year, I didn't know how much at all he would contribute transferring from WIU but he's been a sniper.
6 for 7 now, he’s keeping Nebraska in this gameupdate: still a sniper
Sure you can cherry pick stats if you want to- GT still shooting 43% from the floor and their best player hasn't done anything. They've turned us over almost twice as much we've turned it over. I don't know if you've watched the entire game so far but we were really struggling defensively for a while in the mid point of the first half when I posted that. Weren't defending screens well at all, miscommunications and missed rotations, weren't running guys off the line, etc. There's more to it than "this guy has 4 points"I mean ... right now the guy leading the ACC in scoring at 24 per has 4 points on 5 shots. That seems good.
He's going to need to make 3 more if we want to win this game. Nebraska is FLAT outside of Kobe Webster tonight.6 for 7 now, he’s keeping Nebraska in this game
