Rutgers - What Did We Learn?

This team never quit!!!! Atrocious season, rough game and lots of turnovers.... never stopped trying, gave all the effort they could.   Fought for a game that truly didn’t mean anything.....

That is something I couldn’t say about this team 3 years ago....

This team doesn't quit, even when pride is the only thing left to play for.

That was probably the most physical game of the year by the offensive back field and it was fun to watch. A healthy Mills not running behind zone blocking is a beast.

We're capable of playing a 4th quarter and/or second half.

Scott still needs to work on red zone play calling. Trying to run Wan'Dale up the middle in the redzone didn't work all season bro... Derrick was healthy. Give him the rock and the TD.

This I don't know about, tonight we almost scored more points in the 2nd half than we scored the previous 7 games together(the second halves).

I get Rutgers sucks so this isn't a huge win.  But the poise and calm that they showed late on 3rd and 4th was something I haven't seen on a LONG time.  They looked like a different team.  Now let's build on that

I am quitting my job and applying for the special teams analyst job.  Our special teams are horrible.  Never seen anything like it.

Not trying to take anything away from Corcoran because he seemed solid in his first start.  But most of our yardage came running right.
