Can someone please have the coaching staff screen one of the many good documentaries on the life and career of Vincent Lombardi?

One hard nosed, run the damn ball, bloody nosed, piss in your pants, filthy grinder... That's what football should be. Blood/Sweat/Tears and a little nasty as dessert!

Frost says Will Nixon is basically 100%.  And Braxton Clack very close to all the way back as well.  Hopefully that means full go for spring.

Tate Wildeman had surgery in December and will be out awhile.  Other than that, Frost expects most everyone to be ready to go for spring.
