It looks like they have it working in that direction. So much for having Nebraska basketball to watch over the winter.
Hope they get this under control and can start playing again.
Would be nice if they can get them all in.It looks like they have it working in that direction.
There may be A LOT of Husker hoops to watch in the next month. They have 15 games to play before March 7th if they make up all the postponed games. That's only 39 days, so a game every 2.5 days or so.
The odds of them being able to truly make up all the games are slim in my mind as other teams might have there own issues and plus it might not be wise to have a 3 week of no activities hiatus and then thrust all these kids into a "play every 3 days" situation.
5 games postponed/
Next games are:
2/6
2/8
2/11
2/14
2/17
2/20
-------Insert game on 2/22?
2/24
---Insert game on 2/26?
2/28
---Insert game on 3/2
---insert game on 3/4
3/7
Maybe be able to sneak 4 games in after 2/20 but then they are basically playing a game every 2 days from 2/6-3/7
This is FASCINATING to look at. Gonzaga stands out but look how the other top 5 teams are spread out in Villanova, Houston, Baylor, and Michigan. That top right quadrant is obviously where you want to be, but even looking at teams like Loyola (CHI), Missouri, IU, etc are associated with us in the "Bad Shooters, Good Shots" area.
