Not Husker news, but at least its good STATE news ......

Congrats to Danny Woodhead!!!

Woodhead broke the NCAA all-divisions career rushing record in a game Saturday against Western New Mexico.

At least someone in the state is doing well ....

and continuing with that ... Northwest Mo St RB Xavier Omaon (beatrice h.s. grad) had a great game 274yds .

 
My Brother played against him in High School (Brother-Westside), (Woodhead-North Platte). He ran hard, and was pretty quick.

 
Woodhead was the best "Nebraska" football story of the weekend. I feel as much pride in him as disgust that I feel in the Huskers, if that makes sense.

 
Are you talking about the 95' VB team or FB team? I guess in the end it doesn't matter as they both won the whole bag of marbles in 95'!

P.S. Dallas is going to destroy Buffalo tonight, saving me at least a little bit of respectability this weekend. Baylor, Nebraska, and Green Bay lost...I'm counting on you, Dallas. I'm still homo for Romo. :-X lmao.
