2021 NCAA Basketball Tournament

It's official, I've been watching too much hockey. Watching Mich St-UCLA game tonight and I keep expecting to get an offsides call when the teams are on a fast break ahead of the ball

Maybe should merge this thread with the one of the same title in Other Sports. It doesn't matter which forum it's in but Other Sports is prob more appropriate since the Huskers aren't anywhere near the dance.

Hope the Big Ten lives up to the hype. Sparty let us down with an 11 point halftime lead.

They looked gassed about halfway through the 2nd half.

However that game was probably the best one all day yesterday. The first few games looked like junior high teams chucking up garbage shots.

I probably should've looked before making it on here. I'll merge them and leave a link on this board to the other sports board. Sorry for the intrusion @Mavric

If yesterday is anything like the rest of the tournament- it's going to be a WILD next 72 hours

Mount Saint Mary's (-1) was up 10 at halftime- loses outright to Texas Southern

Wichita State (+2) held 5 separate double digit leads against Drake- loses outright

Norfolk State (+3) blew a 19 (!!) point lead before scraping out a 1 point win

Michigan State (-2.5) was up 11 at halftime and blew a 14 point lead to lose to UCLA in OT by 6

Wichita St actually opened as a 2 point favorite in that game, which means 3 of the 4 teams to open as a favorite yesterday lost. Every single team that got a double digit lead lost that lead at some point and three of them lost outright. We had two games end in 1 point winning margins and a game go to OT.

Yeah, this is going to be fun.
